How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee?

Simple. We roast our coffee the same day it’s shipped to ensure you experience the full, rich flavors that only come from freshly roasted beans. It’s like we’re giving you a backstage pass to coffee heaven.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Join our subscription program to receive your favorite coffee delivered to your door regularly. Choose your frequency and never run out of fresh coffee again. Running out of coffee is never an option.

Can I customize my coffee order?

We offer a variety of roast levels to suit all preferences, from light and bright to dark and bold. Check out our product descriptions for specific details on each blend. Whether you like it light and lively or dark and mysterious, we’ve got you covered. Plus, choose your grind size and we’ll grind your coffee for you.

How quickly can I get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 24 – 48  hours Monday to Friday. Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days. We promise it’s worth the wait (and we’re pretty quick, too).

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your coffee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. No hard feelings, just great customer service.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within Canada and the US. We’re working on expanding our international shipping options, so stay tuned!

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
